Leadership

President & CEO
Rev. Jeremy Montgomery, MBA/MA
WHY I WORK HERE:
“I possess a strong urgency to serve the urban poor and those lost and in need…Philadelphia is a landmark historical city with a rich heritage, yet with deep and unmet needs. I am committed to ensuring Philly House is a leader in homeless services and programs in Philadelphia.”
Director of Donor Experience
Alison Murray
WHY I WORK HERE:
“What we do here at Philly House is done in and by a community of people who show up every day for the people in our city that are hungry, homeless and hurting. Working at Philly House is a true privilege, why not join us? There is a place for you in our big, messy and wonderful family! It’s the world we want to see.”
Director of Homeless Services
Erin L.
WHY I WORK HERE:
“I believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with dignity — especially those society overlooks. Far too often, individuals experiencing homelessness are failed by the very systems meant to support them. At Philly House, I have the privilege of walking alongside them, advocating on their behalf, and being part of work that brings us closer to true justice. Together, we strive to restore hope, stability, and the sense of worth that should never have been lost.”
Director of Staffing
Mark Blevins
WHY I WORK HERE:
“I believe I was led to do something meaningful. I worked corporate jobs for years and was never happy at what I was doing. I prayed to be led in the right direction to a job that would help make an impact and difference in some way. Working at Philly House has answered my prayers and allows me the opportunity to help the hurting, hungry and homeless of Philadelphia."
Case Manager
Joseph Gonzalez
WHY I WORK HERE:
“To invest into not only the hearts and minds of our homeless population at Philly House, but also the wellbeing of their souls.”
Case Manager, In Partnership with the Lincoln Center
Shalina Redding
WHY I WORK HERE:
"I truly want to help make a change in the lives of the people I engage with in any capacity. Whether I'm serving a meal, engaging in small talk, or offering resources. I believe this city has hardened our hearts to the point where we lack compassion for those that are in need, homeless, suffering from mental health issues or just having a hard time in life right now. We all need just one person that will not give up on us and I want to be that person for as many men and women who come through the doors of Philly House. "
Head of Donor Care
Angie Vincent
WHY I WORK HERE:
“Working at Philly House was an unexpected opportunity. I love sharing a meal with our guests and hearing their stories. Through these encounters, God has expanded my view of the kingdom and his love for all people. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to serve our guests and donors.”
